Interiors

Chairs, jars, bowls and paper lanterns, printed and painted onto antique Japanese documents: handwritten letters, account books, sheets stamped edge to edge with a period chop. The furnishings of a cultivated room sit on top of the paperwork of other lives, and the two begin to speak to each other.
